Carolyn O'Connor

The goal of the O'Connor Group is to help improve the profits and revenues of client companies through a series of programs that fit in to one of three areas: marketing, training and video services. The marketing programs include Web site design, building annual advertising budgets, creating effective copy, working with database marketing, and working with client media to control advertising spending. The training area includes programs for training a staff on customer service, marketing, organization, getting them motivated and sales. We also feature follow up coaching for the sales training, and we present these program to both individual businesses and groups like Chambers of Commerce, Community Colleges and non-profit organizations. And finally we provide video production services to create videos for trade shows, demonstration, testimonials, marketing and for placing on a Web site.
