IN STATION SALES TRAINING

Anybody from out of the market is considered an expert! That's the lesson I got from training sales people for many years. I would take them to a sales "guru" in some large market, who would say the same things I would teach them, and they would come back excited and full of new ideas! The principles are the same, but sometimes it helps to bring someone besides yourself in to teach them. My training offers three levels of instruction. The first is a morning session of sales lessons & techniques that go from the basics to prospecting, organization, working with clients and closes. The second level deals with creating proposals, demos, role playing and building relationships. The third level is the second morning and that is centered on specific clients. This is your reps opportunity to spend time with me on specific clients...what to propose, how to propose it and spend some one on one time asking whatever they want to help in their sales career. You choose how far in the program you wish to go. 

SALES PACKAGES

SALES PACKAGES Prepared for your sales staff that are street ready out of the box. Each package will come with your stations logo included in the pitch, a promotional demo to play for clients, and pricing based on your rate card. All you need to do is take it on the street and watch it sell! Purchase as many as you wish, with volume discounts for multiple package purchases depending upon the amount of savings, and revenue generation you want. Some will feature sponsorships of your news, weather or other regular programming. Others will be contest or promotion oriented with sponsor participation. The base package includes: A sales page that gives your reps sales points to use when presenting the package. An audio presentation your reps use while in front of a prospect to help close the package. And a one pager with your station logo on it that outlines the package including pricing based on your rate card! And here's something your sales staff will really like: Since one of the best ways to sell a proposal to a client is to give them choices, each package contains THREE DIFFERENT INVESTMENT LEVELS for them to choose from.

In station sales training is $950 for level one, $1700 for level one & two presented the same day, and $2400 for all three levels presented at the same time, plus travel.
